Nurse Aide for Disabled Man - Part-Time
This job requires very specific and unique requirements, but does not require any "skilled" nursing tasks.
The primary requirement is the ability to be dependable.
The job is in Farragut - West Knoxville
Pay rate is $23 per hour – 4 to 4.5 hours.
A.M. shifts are somewhat flexible but will start approximately 7:00 AM.
P.M. shift 10 p.m.
3 or 4 days per week are available and every other weekend.
Job duties are assisting paralyzed man with showering, dressing, ROM, wheelchair transfer, general household cleanup, and assistance with dogs.
I have 2 German shepherds, so you will need to be comfortable with dogs, feeding, brushing, etc.
Specific requirements without exception:
Drug test, references, must reside within 15 miles of Farragut high school, dependable and punctual.
There is no lifting, but you will assist with sliding board transfers. I'm approximately 5'8" and 160 pounds.
