That means you won't have to deal wearing an industrial respirator and going home with a headache and smelling of chemicals like you would with polys and epoxies. Additionally, due to our unique adhesion properties, our product does not require that we grind every floor, reducing your exposure to airbourne dust particals.Job Summary:
Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a talented and experienced installation technician to install our floor coating technology and deliver exceptional customer service to our fellow neighbors.The Install Technician is responsible for supporting the installation process of our patented green coating technology, including prep work, base coat, flake, and topcoat applications. Experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently, and applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface. You can quickly learn a new product offering and installation methods and energetically help drive brand awareness in our local communities. You are comfortable working on-site for and with clients and demonstrating LGCs White Glove service and our Jobsite Code of Conduct. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.This is a part-time / 1099 position with the potential to grow into a full-time position and further develop into a team leader role.Responsibilities:
Effective and efficient installation of our LGC Coating Technology - High level of professionalism and attention to detail while working on a customers site
Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying our basecoat
Communication with management if an issue arises that impedes the installation Process
Exemplifying Lifetime Green Coatings White Glove Service
Adhere to our Jobsite Code of Conduct
Use of our operating system to enter notes and upload before/after pictures to close out each work order
Leave every work site cleaner than you found it and ensuring exceptional customer service on every jobRequirements:
Previous floor coating or painting experience (Highly Preferred)
Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship and service
Must possess and demonstrate a team-centric attitude
Customer oriented with strong focus on consistent 5-star customer service and satisfaction
High level of honesty and personal integrity, responsibility and accountability
High attention to detail with focus on delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to learn quickly, problem solve and work in a team oriented environment; giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced quality-first environment
Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires the ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time, kneeling, bending, squatting, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Benefits:
Very competitive wage: $18-$30/hr based upon experience and other qualifications.
