Coordinator, Fuel Card

The purpose of this job is to:Print and ship credit cards for new fleet customers and fulfill replacement card requests for current customersImplement security codes for replacement cardsEnsure that tracking is available for all shipmentsWork closely with Credit Team Lead to ensure all cards are sent correctlyCompile and organize new and existing credit card data using Microsoft ExcelPrint cards and FedEx shipping labels using internal systemsPackage cards and organize envelopes to be sentEnter data for card security codesArchive tracking numbers for card shipmentsMaintain inventory and keep workspace clean
