Job Description
The purpose of this job is to execute responsibilities that maximize the financial impact and strategic vision of Channel Partners to Pilot Flying
1. Coordinate and execute competitive initiatives with Channel Partners and teams within PFJ including but not limited to Sales, Credit, Strategic Pricing, and Pricing
2. Assist the Channel Partner team with process planning, problem solving and result tracking.
3. Support key initiatives by building deals, reviewing discount changes, helping to ensure all data is accurate for factoring and pricing, and reviewing credit information
4. Make decisions on when to factor and execute account deals by partnering with internal groups
5. Execute contract changes including setting discounts and parameters and following through to ensure the contracts are paid properly to partners
6. Complete regular audits of accounts to review dates and appropriate approvals; submit audits to credit and provide communication back to partners
7. Ongoing reporting to external and internal parties including Sales, Strategic Pricing, and Pricing
8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
9. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
10. Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree required
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
- Basic CRM (Salesforce) experience
- Tableau experience preferred
