Assistant needed for an autistic young lady. CPR required. Must be physically capable of walking, running, and keeping pace with a strong, young adult. Experience in ABA behavioral therapy and training to handle meltdowns a plus. Training given. Duties: Need to be able to reinforce functional skills learning such as teeth-brushing, bed making, dish washing. Entertain by going for walks, working out, puzzles, snacks, games, crafts, picnics, outings to the library, shopping, parks, restaurants. Be a friend. Needs to be a go-getter and an activities director with an outgoing personality! Up to 7 hours per week. Somewhat flexible hours. Compensation: $11-15 per hour.
