Wanted: Electrician/plumber someone with electrical & plumbing experience to do some modernizing to 3 bedroom home (Trenton, Tennessee)
I am looking for someone who can replace all the old light fixtures and ceiling fans with new fixtures. All are 8 ft ceilings. Replace some electric receptacles.
Also, want to replace faucets in kitchen and bathrooms, and replace old commodes with new. Might decide to relocate one commode.
Home is located on east edge of Trenton, Tennessee.
