Framers Needed

Well established framing company looking for experienced residential framers. Must know how to build walls, layout for joist, hang rafters, decking, I am booked out for the next two years. Must have transportation and hand tools. Seeking nail bangers and possibly a lead guy. Pay depends on experience. $18-22 for nail bangers, $25-30 for lead guy. Just being blunt, I don't care if you helped your uncle build a deck, or watched your grandpa build a shop. This is a fast paced, self motivated environment. I'm not looking to train anyone.
