We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, hard working team to take on a Turn Around Mobile Home Park. We have NUMEROUS units needing rehabbed and numerous units that need some TLC. This park is a very capable park that just needs the right team to help turn it around. Need to be able to collect rent from all tenants and deposit and do paperwork.
