Apply today and let Westgate Resorts connect you with your next opportunity! As a Resort Services Operator, you will: Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests Answer calls using the phone routing system  Route calls and takes messages to the appropriate departments Complete daily reports and records as requiredAnswer, screen, and route outside callsSupply information to callers and record messagesCall back each guest who called to assure completion of the requestMaintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as requiredPrepare and assign daily assignments for both contract cleaners and housekeeping staff including partial and full serviceCoordinate with front desk via “Owner Forecast Grid” to ensure all owner villas are a priority and that there are adequate villas in the system for the night arrivalInput and manage timeshare status for front deskLiaison with front desk daily for partial and full services and VIP listsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
