This position services as the Nurse Lead for RHC Clinics. Responsible for performing clinical tasks under the direction of the RN and/or Physician in the Physician Clinic. Provide guidance, training and schedule coordination for nursing staff.Reports to: Office Manager I or II per clinic structureUnder the direction of an RN and/or Physician, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN and/or Physician.

LPN education required to obtain LPN licensure

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer skills required.

Certifications:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 90 days of hire, if not current upon hire.
