Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is primarily focused on creating meaningful reports, dashboards, and scorecards using industry-recognized indicators. The successful candidate will be working closely with business leaders to develop metrics using data from various platforms. This position is based on-site with the potential to shift into a hybrid work model after the first year.Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to design data visualizations that provide meaningful insights. Analyze business processes to identify key business needs and areas for improvement. Establish and manage repeatable processes to streamline the deployment of dashboards to multiple clients. Define and implement data architecture and data retrieval processes to optimize data visualization performance. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards, ensuring the best possible performance and quality. Stay updated on trends in visualization/analytics fields to ensure the best use of tools and techniques. Work with clients to develop metrics using data from various platforms. Ensure the responsiveness of reports and dashboards to meet client needs. Handle the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records.This is a great opportunity for recent collegiate Finance graduates!Qualified candidates contact Daniel ShomoRequirements Position requires proficiency in Power BI Familiarity with SQL is necessary Capable of creating dashboards for extensive data visualization Knowledge of KPI Reporting to help track and analyze performance Experience with Tableau is advantageous Skills in Financial Modeling are essential Open to candidates with varying years of experience, including those at entry level Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly Proactive in identifying issues and presenting solutions Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently High level of integrity and professional accountability.
