Handle 50-75 calls per day
Provide call center and sales support
Manage product knowledge and sales
Perform account management roles
Act as a 3rd party administrator supporting 4 companies
Experience Required
Call center experience
Healthcare experience, specifically Medicare
Sales experience preferred
Education Required
High school diploma or GED (verifiable)
Work from Home Requirements
Dedicated workspace for business during working hours
Ensure telephone conversations cannot be overheard and documents/screens cannot be viewed by others
Provide high-speed internet speeds (minimum 25 mb download and 3 mb upload)
