We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Property Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. From handling tenant communications to coordinating maintenance and ensuring lease compliance, your work helps ensure a smooth, professional, and tenant-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct lease signings and facilitate move-ins

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests

Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work

Manage rent collection and maintain financial tracking

Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local housing regulations

Maintain organized property files, reports, and digital records

Build strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors

Support tenant retention efforts and help enhance resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

-Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one in Tennessee)

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-Knowledge of property management and housing regulations

-Ability to resolve issues professionally and effectively

-Highly organized with attention to detail and accurate data entry

-Familiarity with property maintenance operations is a plus
