Experienced Property Preservation Crews Needed
Must have your own vehicle and trailer, you will need to have a smartphone to document completed work, current driver's license, and a vehicle with General Liability Insurance.
You must have an active Aspen Grove ID account or be able to pass a background check to get an Aspen Grove ID & carry your own insurance
Knowledge of PPW and experience a plus
Contractors must have the following to be considered:
-truck
-trailer
-lawn mowing equipment (not just a push mower)
-string trimmer
-edger, blower and hedge trimmer
-air compressor
-generator
-laptop or computer
-be able to perform including but not limited to basic property maintenance, window/door boardings, lock changes, debris removal, maid service, winterization, grass cuts, general repairs etc
-complete work within 24-48 hour time frame 7 days a week
-ability to effectively communicate through email, phone, completion reports
