We are looking for a LEAD FORMAN to take charge and lead our crews in a dedicated and professional manner. Someone with hustle who can manage time wisely and efficiently, someone who can motivate and challenge our crew members to meet and exceed timelines. Someone who can work as well as lead to get the job done while delegating work instructions to crew members and meet and help eliminate any barriers head on to correct in a timely manner.
Must have a valid drivers license. Must have drivers license for past 5 years to drive company vehicles.
Competitive pay depending on experience.
Must have some knowledge in the Electrical and Plumbing field.
Paid lunch breaks
We are currently working at service locations in Smithville, Baxter and Cookeville.
