Remodeling foreman

Looking for a person that can lead others correctly and work in the residential remodeling field. Must be able to use all equipment, and tools. Drug free, must have own transportation, basic hand tools. You must have skills that include all aspects of remodeling. My foreman is moving back home to his family.
