The Maintenance Tech is responsible for all aspects of Commerical and Industrial building maintenance including electrical systems, plumbing systems, sewer, fuel gas, membrane and metal roof repairs, interior and exterior wall repairs, foundations, doors, hardware, asphalt and concrete, etc. We will train the right person in areas if additional experience is needed. Some knowledge of HVAC and Fire Suppression Systems are a plus.
