We are seeking hard-working Landscapers to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a love for working outdoors, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, and maintain landscaping projects including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Assess and recommend soil improvements, irrigation systems, and plant selections.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and mulching.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety on all projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping. + But willing to train the right individuals.
Strong knowledge of plants, soil, and landscape design principles.
Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
