What you’ll do:
As aTeam Lead, Provider Enrollment, you will be responsible for managing and providing guidance to a team in areas such as training, provider enrollment processes, and maintaining enrollment inventory assignments.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily coding functions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Assess coding accuracy via audits; develop action plans for improvement.
Manage staffing and vendor resources for coding accuracy and productivity.
Provide training on facility-specific systems; identify educational opportunities.
Evaluate coder productivity and prioritize tasks to meet DNFC goals.
Stay current with coding regulations (ICD-10-CM, OPPS, NCCI); attend educational events.
Adhere to AHIMA's Code of Ethics; maintain privacy and confidentiality.What you’ll need:
Education:High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years third party payer or provider credentialing
