We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:The Director of Strategy & Operations is a key role responsible for supporting key transformational initiatives across the business. This position requires a combination of consulting experience, problem solving and critical thinking skills, analytics and financial modelling, and solid business acumen. The ideal candidate will have prior top-tier management consulting experience and a proven track record in embedded changes in large, complex, matrixed organizations. This position will report into the Vice President of Strategy & Operations and will be responsible for supporting the VP of Strategy & Operations with driving and executing on enterprise transformation initiatives. The Director of Strategy & Operations will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and contributing to the overall success of the enterprise. This position offers an opportunity to leverage consulting experience and strategic acumen to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.Responsibilities:

Independently lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, including diagnosing the issue through interviews and analytics, formulating solution sets and recommendations, and developing a roadmap for implementation and embedding changes into execution.

Partner with senior business leaders as a key thought partner and help shape the strategy for their function

Develop thoughtful and insightful financial and business analysis (including financial modelling) to craft key strategic recommendations and business case development.

Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and implement performance metrics to track the progress and success of business transformation initiatives.

Ability to expertly navigate complex relationship environments and build support amongst a cross-functional stakeholder group to drive outcomes and resolve conflicts.

Appropriate business acumen and understanding of key financial and operational metrics.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

5 years of consulting experience managing fast-paced, complex projects/programs at a top-tier consulting firm

5 years of experience with healthcare
