Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves working with the maintenance team across the facility, installing equipment and performing repairs. This is primarily a construction maintenance position. Collaborate with the maintenance team to install and repair equipment throughout the facility.
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including working with 480V systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Handle maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems.
Work with 3-phase motors and electrical maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience as a maintenance technician.
Proficiency in electrical repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of 480V electrical systems.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
Understanding of 3-phase motors.
HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a construction maintenance role.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
