We are expanding our pool of Consultants to engage in various projects under a comprehensive program that focuses on delivering end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) solutions to a diverse range of clients. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Cisco UCCE Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals seeking part-time or project-based opportunities.Responsibilities:Design and implement UCCE solutions, including system configuration, call flow design, and integration with third-party applications.Develop and manage IVR applications using Cisco CVP, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of UCCE solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
