Senior Manager - Finance Operations

Join TAL as a Senior Manager – Finance Operations, where you will deliver high-quality support to TAL’s various business units. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, you will lead a team of three individuals and collectively be responsible for producing monthly results concerning all financial reporting for statutory, regulatory, and management purposes.This is an 11-month fixed term contract, working flexibly from our Sydney office.In this role you will:Lead the team to execute day-to-day finance operations, including executing actuarial models for reporting purposes, ensuring timely analytics delivery, and driving continuous improvement through technology and data analyticsIdentify opportunities to improve and optimise the processFacilitate the management of the team's workflowSupport team learning and development through on-the-job training and other initiativesCultivate collaborative relationships with finance, actuarial teams, and key stakeholders
