Ideal for a driven self-starter who thrives in complexity, this role is a proven pathway to senior leadership at TAL.In this role you will:Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Chief Executive – Individual Life, supporting decision-making and business priorities.Lead the execution and operationalisation of the Individual Life FAR (Financial Accountability Regime) business plan.Manage executive workflow, communications, and priorities to enable effective leadership and delivery across the division.Translate strategic vision into actionable plans, collaborating closely with Individual Life GMs and the Finance function.Support business planning and performance initiatives that drive long-term success for the Individual Life portfolio.
