About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Victorian sales team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to expand our presence in the public space, retail, education, and design specification sectors within the Victorian territory. The successful candidate will work closely with direct customers such as councils and retail groups, as well as Landscape Architects and designers to specify our products on commercial projects.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.Collaborate with Landscape Architects, councils, retail groups, and other stakeholders to promote and specify B+G products on commercial projects.Provide guidance and education to customers on a range of standard and customized solutions.Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales support, production, logistics, and finance to achieve common goals.Ensure accurate pipeline management of projects and customer opportunities.
