You MUST have a CLEAN and valid Driver's License and. own reliable transportation. Pay is automatically increased if you have a CDL license. Need to drive 6-speed manual bucket to jobs and operate.
You must
-Be able to work Monday-Friday. Sometimes Saturdays
-Be punctual!
-Be hard-working
-Be a self-starter and self-motivated - see what needs to be done and do it without needing constant direction on the job site
-Be presentable and respectful, as you will be visiting clients' properties all day long
-Able to work outside in the South Dakota summers!
-Be able to lift 50+ pounds, as this is a labor-intensive position
There is room for advancement and growth. The starting wage is $20-$28 per hour (depending on experience), and opportunities for continued advancement within the company
