OverviewSpecific Duties/Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned)
Organize and manage personnel documents and files, including filing and retrieval.
Foster and maintain effective communication and working relationships between employees and management.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Provide support in employee relations matters.
Facilitate company-wide employee communication initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks and maintain records as needed.
Promote employee safety awareness and compliance.
Maintain and manage employee files and the filing system.
Assist in the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Must be Computer Savvy
