We are seeking a skilled Truss Builder to join our dynamic team.Job Description:As a Truss Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling wooden trusses used in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will contribute to the quality and safety of our projects.Location: Sioux Falls, SDPay: $21 - $24/HR ( Pay is based on experience )Shift : 7am – 5:30pmKey Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
Assemble trusses according to design specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products for quality control.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in truss building or related construction work preferred.
Proficient in using hand tools and woodworking machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
