Maintenance Technician - WEEKLY PAY - $30/Hour - Benefits From Day 1Pay$24-$30/Hour (Depending on experience)!HoursMonday thru Friday7am - 4:30pm/5:30pmDescription:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Sioux Falls area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring they are stocked and organized.
Collaborate with team members and contractors as needed for larger projects.
Work Environment:
This position involves working both indoors and occasionally outdoors.
Requires the lifting of heavy objects, climbing ladders, and using various hand and power tools.
Will be a part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and quality.
Skills:
Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attentive to detail
