People Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Development Manager to join our team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving employee growth and organizational success through innovative learning and development initiatives.Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training and development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skillsConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans for individuals and teamsCollaborate with department heads to develop and execute succession planning strategiesManage the performance review process and provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniquesDevelop and maintain a learning management system to track employee progress and program effectivenessCreate and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modulesIdentify and implement best practices in talent development and stay current with industry trendsPartner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organizationManage the department's budget and resources effectivelyEnsure compliance with relevant Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all development initiatives
