We are offering seats in our “Monarch Maintenance Academy” (“MMA”), a consecutive 14-week maintenance training session, designed to give mentee’s first-hand exposure and experience in any & all aspects of Multifamily maintenance. Upon graduating from the MMA program, graduates can expect:
- Job-placement at one of our apartment communities, paying competitive market wages.
- A Furnished apartment at No Cost during the 14-week maintenance training session.
- You will be given all the basic tools to jumpstart your maintenance career.
- Up to $1,500 relocation assistance upon successful completion of training program.
- A comprehensive understanding for apartment maintenance.
- Hands-On Maintenance Training including Maintenance Professionalism, Exterior Maintenance, Paint & Drywall, Carpentry, Plumbing, Irrigation, Appliances, HVAC, Swimming Pool, Electrical, etc.
- Management of Maintenance Shop & Parts Inventory
- Engagement with preferred 3rd party vendors (Lowes, HD Pro, HD Supply, etc.)
- How to work with, and manage 3rd party contractors when needed
- Preventative Maintenance Programs, Processes and Techniques
- Customer Relations with Residents
- Certified Pool Operator Certification (CPO Certification)
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA Certification)REQUIREMENTS
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Have an organic interest in a Multifamily Maintenance Career
