To provide guidance and advice related to the integration of solutions across technologies; ensuing all outputs are in compliance with current governance and legislation and provide IT leadership based on IT and business acumen. Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience:10–15 years in:Microservices and cloud computing (Azure).Java development.Leading technical teams.Technical Stack:Must-Have: Java 17, Azure AD, Azure portal.Familiarity with modern microservices architecture.Team DynamicsPart of a high-performing, 10–15-member project delivery team, collaborating within a larger team of 40+.Ideal Candidate AttributesStrong technical expertise.Excellent communication and leadership skills.High emotional maturity for managing diverse team dynamics and challenges. Core Responsibilities:Solution Design & Deployment: Creating, supporting, and configuring technologies to align with the NAR Harmonization Program.Team Leadership: Mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering Leads, Solutions Architects, and business stakeholders to align technical efforts with strategic goals.Blocker Resolution: Identifying and removing obstacles to facilitate progress.Project Contribution: Delivering microservices-based solutions as part of a high-performing project delivery team.
