Our work depends on a Computer Programmer III joining our team to support the Center for Disease Control (CDC) activities at Atlanta, GA. This job may be supported remotely with some travel.At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Training Specialist supporting the CDC, you will be trusted to work on Agile Software Development. In this role, a typical day will include:Develops instructor lead and computer-based training.
Involved in all phases of courseware development and presentation.
Responsible for completing the analysis, design and development phases of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model.
Identifies customer training requirements, establishes student knowledge level, creates training objectives, writes the plans of instruction and course outline.
Reviews lesson plans, validation criteria, and evaluates the delivery phase of training.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
Must have experience in developing, editing & producing technical and graphic documentation for information technology systems.
Ten (10) years of increasing experience in the design, preparation and delivery of training courses.
Ability to pass a government security investigation for Public Trust
