We are an insurance company looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative to work in our claims office.
Part-Time Hourly Position. This position could convert into a full-time position.
Schedule: 3-4 days a week with Monday and Wednesday required, hours 8:30 to 5:00 pm.
Will work around class schedule if candidate is still attending college.
Pay: $17-19/hr
Duties: Intake and set up of new claims, obtaining statements from involved parties, sending correspondence, scheduling vehicle inspection, general customer service, general clerical duties, additional tasks as delegated by adjusters.
Basic Requirements/Desired skills:
High school graduate. Most tasks are completed using our claims system or Microsoft Outlook along with other various computer systems and websites, candidate must be comfortable with heavy computer use and must posses above basic level computer skills. Must be comfortable with heavy phone use. Must posses good communication, time management, and analytical skills. No insurance experience is required, we will train the right candidate.
