Prepare high-level Excel-based cost breakdowns, and process flow diagrammes to support proposals.Work directly with the Director to develop and implement business development strategies.Collaborate with engineers and project teams to compile accurate, detailed technical proposals for prospective clients.Analyse customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions using CFAM’s product and service offerings.Manage customer data, maintain proposal templates, and update CRM systems with accuracy and consistency.Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and proposal submissions.Track and report on proposal outcomes, pipeline status, and sales metrics.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CFAM’s product range and project case studies to support the proposal development process.Assist in developing marketing collateral, technical presentations, and bid documents.Schedule and participate in customer and internal meetings, capturing minutes and following up on actions.Support other business development and sales administration tasks as needed.
