smaller trucking company Looking for Two good drivers that are not afraid of a little work. One that will get the job done. Must be at least 23 years old with a class A CDL. Should have had your CDL for minimum of 6 months . Cleaner the driving record better chance I have getting you on my insurance. Prefer them to have flatbed Stepdeck experience but will train the rite person. We don’t run the north east or the south west at all really. Every where else is fair game. I try to have drivers home every weekend but we know how trucking goes sometimes. I try to keep guys between 2500-3500 miles a week. (Depends on driver) driver gets paid off log book miles (all miles not computer miles) I use keep trucking elogs , pay depends on experience. $0.55-$0.60 a mile plus tarp pay $50 also pay multiple drop or pic pay as well $50. Drivers get paid weekly with direct deposit w2 not no 1099 after 6 months driver gets 2 weeks paid vacation of $1000 a week. Then at the one year mark driver gets 3 weeks vacation for the year. I don’t make my drivers do anything That I wouldn’t do my self. (I’am out here on the road my self driving). I run all Peterbilt 379 exhd with 70” sleepers and 18spd. Trailers are reintour 53ft All lighted up except for one older one. If driver has a spot to park the truck he can bring it home or we can work something out.
$2500 sign on bonus after 6 months driver gets $1000 after 9 months another $750 and at 1 year $750. To get the bonus driver must not have any violations no damage to loads. I also pay for clean dot inspection $100-300 so do your saftey checks any ? Give me a call
