Thies & Talle Management, Inc., a leading property management company with over thirty years of experience in the multi-housing industry, has an opening for a full-time Property Manager for two government-subsidized apartment communities located in Watertown, SD and another government-subsidized apartment community located in Redfield, SD. Duties include leasing, following HUD and Rural Development guidelines, rent collections, resident relations, and management of day-to-day operations. Customer service, computer, sales, organizational, and administrative skills and experience required. Experience with Section 8 and Rural Development programs is a plus.
