We are seeking a talented General Manager for a brand new full-service restaurant located in St. Cloud, MN! This great concept serves trend aware food, great drinks, and an amazing atmosphere! The restaurant is owned by a highly regarded management company with locations across the country, and plans to open more. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 plus strong bonus potential, relocation assistance, benefits, growth potential, and much more!General Manager Responsibilities:Lead the management team and staff in providing a consistently outstanding guest experienceEnsure the business delivers on the brand promise while achieving desired profitabilityEngage business unit team with aligned community investment activitiesEnsure the excellence of the service and hospitality provided by the entire teamGeneral Manager Qualifications:2 + years of restaurant general manager experienceCommitment to embodying our culture and values – Integrity, excellence, hospitality, entrepreneurial spiritExcellent food and beverage knowledge, specifically in food, beer, wine and spiritsStrong knowledge of technology as it pertains to the restaurant industry
