Facilities Maintenance Electrician

Essential Job ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on all terminal HVAC and industrial electrical systems.Repair HVAC systems.Remove and replace defective/failed HVAC equipment.Troubleshoots terminal and buildings electrical issues.Efficiently repair electrical controls and equipment.Utilize Arc mitigation equipment and proper grounding devices.Clear understanding of High Voltage Air switches and SF6 switches for load interruption.Additional Job ResponsibilitiesJob planning, material ordering, inventory control and general administrative duties.Other duties as assigned- This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
