Job Description
This role will be crucial in providing operational support to any of our 41 services across New South Wales and South East Queensland and will support our Residential Managers with;
- Financial Management;
- Operational and Clinical Management;
- Customer Service Management, and;
- Quality, Continuous Improvement and Risk Management.
This role will be reporting into our Manager, Care Excellence, as part of a well-established, passionate team. Qualifications
Ideally, we are looking for RN qualified individuals with an in depth understanding of the ACQSC Quality Standards (relevant to aged care) and of the Residential Aged Care funding requirements. You’ll bring a collaborative approach to your work as well as a demonstrated track record in building and leading strong teams. Importantly, you’ll also be able to strike a positive balance between the professional, commercial and care aspects of your role and our organisation.
