Define and execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations in 5 states.Develop creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.Lead college career fairs; including registration, travel arrangements, collateral logistics, booth setup and staffing.Identify target organizations, user groups, or professional associations to proactively source qualified candidates.Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.Initiate and track pre-employment assessments and character validation efforts.Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.With on-boarding, create individual experiences unique to each new hire.Assist in HR team in the execution of related HR projects and tasks.
