SHE Business Partner

About the roleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate SHE Business Partner to join our dynamic Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team.Reporting to the Country SHE Manager – Australia, this role plays a key part in shaping and executing SHE strategy across LDC operations. You will partner with Operational Managers and SHE colleagues to develop, implement and champion programs that foster a strong safety culture and deliver effective SHE leadership across our national footprint.As a member of the SHE team, you will also provide subject matter expertise across safety, health, environmental management, and rehabilitation. You will support injury management strategies and take responsibility for assigned LDC assets, while also assisting other SHE Business Partners as needed. Regular travel to various sites will be required.
