Executive Manager- Warehouse Operations

An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager – Warehouse Operations has become available within the Dandenong Region of ALDI Stores. This is a 10 month fixed term opportunity.You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety.Key responsibilities: Leading, mentoring, and empowering diverse Warehouse teams, steering their recruitment, development, training, performance evaluation, leave management and scheduling.Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation.Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence.And the best part?
