The Beach Club @ The Inn Hotel is located in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes in Arnolds Park, IA. The hotel creates a one of a kind experience, reminiscent of the roaring 1920's. The Beach Club Lounge features Cuban inspired cuisine along with American fare. We are presently looking to fill the position of Executive Chef. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Executive Chef creates and maintains the restaurant's menu and identity. From recipe development to execution, our Executive Chef takes the lead and ensures that food is prepared properly, safely, and tastily. The Executive Chef manages the kitchen operations of direct reports, like sous chefs/kitchen manager, and line cooks. This is a full time, year round position based in Arnolds Park, IA. Previous experience as a chef is highly desirable, and ServSafe certification is a must! We offer PTO, competitive salary, discounts, and more!
