In Strategy Planning, you will identify and analyze growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize options and set the long-term strategy agenda. The team has regular interactions with Humana's CEO and manages deliverables for Humana's broader Management Team and Board of Directors.Strategy Planning reports to Humana's Chief Strategy Officer, who also oversees the Corporate Development and Strategy Operations teams.The Lead should be based in or able to relocate to Humana's Louisville or Washington D.C. offices. The Strategy Planning team follows a hybrid model, working together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. The Corporate Strategy Lead plays a critical role in the successful delivery of projects, owning responsibility for one or more simultaneously and managing workstreams of junior colleagues. Leads are required to manage the scope of work, understand the needs of stakeholders within Corporate Strategy and elsewhere in Humana, and ensure high-quality results that bring out the best thinking of the team.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office to analyze data and communicate quickly and effectively
Strong work ethic, detail orientation and commitment to excellence
Passion for people development
Excellent written and oral communication ability
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate from a top-tier master's program in business, health administration, or related field
Passion for Humana's focus on value-based healthcare for seniors
Additional InformationLocation:Preferred candidates should reside/relocate to Humana's Louisville, KY or Washington D.C. offices. The Strategy Planning team follows a hybrid model, working together in the office 3 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. Remote candidates may be considered as well with Louisville and DC Metro candidates being preferred.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$136,200 - $187,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
