Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components and return these systems to serviceability
Understanding of power tools and measuring equipment
The Automation Technician supports engineering automation services including hardware and software design and development.
Execute timely maintenance tasks on all subsystems and related components
Comlete maintenance of robotic and process support equipment.
PLCs knowledge
Records procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for solutions in product or method.
Safety awareness
Refer to and understand electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
Examine engineering test results, and changes to create solutions.
Team up with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.
Maintains software, documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
Trains other technicians and operators on products, processes and equipment.
