The National Product, Processing & Solutions Hub is BlueScope Distribution’s new capability.  It enables us to provide our customers with a unique domestically co-coordinated supply chain solution for the delivery of large-scale projects.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability Lead to join our team at the Hub.  Working closely with the operations team, you will provide technical support and use your maintenance systems expertise to improve asset utilisation across the plant.  Enjoy a competitive salary package and participation in our company incentive program. You will have access to various health and well-being initiatives including our Employee Assistance Program, Real Deals including Fitness Passport and discounted health care benefits plus more and on-going training, development and learning.What Will You Do? Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Contractor management for the site, in particular the upcoming Laser installationtaking ownership of the strategic maintenance direction for the plant and the assets onsite including design and implementation of maintenance schedulesprovide asset utilisation and maintenance expertise to support the operations team across the plantconduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliabilityensure all maintenance procedures and tasks are developed and executed using the appropriate safety standardsprovide coaching and development to the operations team about asset management principleswork collaboratively with the operations team to drive improvement of operational equipment and processesResponsible for monthly maintenance budgets More About YouKey to this role is your previous experience in a similar reliability or maintenance position.
