To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.Key Responsibilities:Project Administration and Coordination:Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities, including venue selection, agenda setting, and minute-taking.Assist with resource scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding activities.Manage project documentation, including reports, invoices, and Statements of Work.Reporting and Tracking:Create and maintain standard reporting packs for various committees and working groups.Ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and benefits tracking.Assist in tracking portfolio/programme deliverables, milestones, and project plans.Risk and Compliance Management:Report against risk assurance plans and manage critical deliverables using RAID Management techniques.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.Communication and Collaboration:Foster communication between project team members and external stakeholders.Act as a point of contact for project updates and information requests.Collaborate with the project coordinator practice to improve processes and reporting standards.
