Night Manager

 Manage the Night Team to deliver high-performance standards, ensuring compliance with Hampton by Hilton brand standards and objectivesOversee guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and implement measures to meet quality targetsConduct staff training, including induction, health and safety, security, and behavioural aspectsServe as Manager on Duty during night shift, maintaining awareness of all hotel areas and coordinating staff and guests in emergenciesPerform night audits, manage financial procedures, and ensure adherence to company policiesConduct regular security checks and health and safety walks, emphasising fire safetyCarry out reception duties as necessary, including late check-ins, early check-outs, and wake-up callsSupport bar operations when required and manage staff in line with business needs and costsMaintain a 'hands-on' approach, creating a culture of excellent customer care both internally and externallyProvide a comprehensive handover to the early Duty Manager before end of shift
