As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain analytical models, tools, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Prepare and present reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

Perform cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate potential initiatives or projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and reporting

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Assist in training and mentoring junior analysts, providing guidance and support as needed

Anticipates and responds to needs and demands of business partners and organizations (both internal and external) with a service excellence mindset

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in a Staff Analyst role

Experience in analytical skills and experience designing, executing and harmonizing data from multiple data sources to create actionable insights and recommendations

Years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

Strong organizational skills including and deep understanding of project management concepts for planning, monitoring, and reporting assessment findings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with database languages (e.g. SQL), and statistical software (e.g. R and Python)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards
